Good questions, honest answers
Is Groomy really Halal certified?
Yes — every Groomy product carries official JAKIM Halal certification, and our facility is registered with MeSTI under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. We're happy to share certificate references on request.
What ages are your products suitable for?
It depends on the range: Daily Nutrition is for 6+ months, Fun Meals & Snacks from 8+ months, and Cooking Essentials from 12+ months. Every pack states the recommended starting age — always introduce new foods one at a time and watch for reactions.
Do your products contain added salt or sugar?
No. Every Groomy product is made with zero added salt and zero added sugar — any sweetness comes from real fruit and vegetables.
What allergens should I know about?
Allergen information is listed on each product page and on the packaging, as some items contain wheat, milk or egg, or are processed in a facility that handles these. If your little one has a known allergy, please check the specific product's ingredient list before feeding.
How should I store the products?
Unopened packs can be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal tightly and use within the timeframe printed on the pack, and always check for freshness before serving.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver across Malaysia. Klang Valley orders typically arrive in 2–3 working days, other Peninsular states in 3–5, and East Malaysia in 5–7. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Can I return or get a refund on food items?
For food safety reasons we can only accept returns for items that arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective — please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Do you offer wholesale or distributor pricing?
Yes — we work with select retailers and distributors across Malaysia. Reach out through the contact form and select "Wholesale enquiry" and we'll send over our distributor catalogue and pricing.

Shipping Policy

Delivery areas. We currently deliver to all states in Peninsular and East Malaysia via our courier partners.
Processing time. Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
Delivery timeframes. Klang Valley: 2–3 working days · Other Peninsular states: 3–5 working days · Sabah & Sarawak: 5–7 working days. Timeframes may extend during peak seasons or public holidays.
Delivery fees. Free delivery on orders above RM80; a flat delivery fee applies below that threshold, calculated at checkout.
Packaging. Our products are shelf-stable and shipped at ambient temperature in sealed, tamper-evident packaging — no cold chain required.
Delays or issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact us with your order number and we’ll trace it with the courier right away.

Information we collect. When you place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order history.
How we use it. To process and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, send updates you’ve opted into, and improve our products and website.
Sharing. We share the minimum necessary data with trusted third parties who help us operate — such as payment processors and courier partners — and never sell your personal data.
Your rights. Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Children’s data. Our products are for babies and children, but our website and accounts are intended for use by parents and guardians — we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

Acceptance. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Product information. We do our best to keep descriptions, images and pricing accurate, but occasional errors may occur; we’ll always contact you before fulfilling an order affected by a pricing error.
Orders & payment. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.
Intellectual property. All content on this site — including the Groomy name, logo, mascots and imagery — belongs to Groomy (by MummyRQ) and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability. Products should be used as directed on packaging. We are not liable for outcomes arising from misuse, incorrect storage, or failure to check allergen information.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
