Ingredients:-

• Unbleached Flour
• Purple Sweet Potato Powder
• Milk Powder
• Natural Baking Soda

Preparation Method:-

1. Put 105 g of Purple Sweet Potato Pancake Mix in a bowl.
2. Pour milk (full cream or fresh milk) into the bowl, and stir until it is well mix.
3. Put 1 scoop of that batter into non stick pan and cook well. Serve.

Storage Instruction:-

• Keep in cool and dry place.
